Reignford Furniture – No Refund Policy
At Reignford Furniture, each piece is custom-made with care and craftsmanship according to your selected design and preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Custom Order Policy:
All items are made-to-order based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. As such, we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items During Delivery:
If your item arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping insurance (if selected at checkout which we highly recommend) on your behalf. Once approved, your item will be:

Repaired by our team, or

Replaced (in part or whole) at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a damage claim, please provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
